- Q. What iPods support Phase?
- A. Phase is playable on the 5th generation iPod®, the new iPod® Nano, and the iPod® Classic! Don’t know what iPod you have? Check out this handy chart here.
- Q. How do I purchase Phase?
- A. You must purchase Phase through Apples iTunes® store. $5 people, it’s only $5. How can you beat that?!
- Q. How do I get my music into Phase?
- A. When you purchased and downloaded Phase, iTunes automatically created a Phase Music Playlist. To play Phase with music from your iTunes library you must follow these steps:
- Add the songs you want to play in Phase to this playlist. iTunes will then automatically create the gameplay information for these songs.Next, sync the Phase Music Playlist and the Phase game to your iPod.
- The next time you launch the Phase game, you can select any one of these songs as a unique musical challenge.
- Q. Do I have to use iTunes® to play my music in Phase?
- A. Yes.
- Q. Why are some of my songs not showing up in Phase?
- A. Phase only supports songs that are longer than 30 seconds and shorter than 30 minutes.
- Q. What formats does Phase support?
- A. Phase supports MP3's, M4A's, and M4P's.
- Q. What formats are not supported in Phase?
- A. Phase does not support audio books, podcasts, or video files.
- Q. Are their any genres that play better than others?
- A. No, every genre plays uniquely. It's up to you to find the best songs! One of the most fun things about this game is exploring your music to find which songs are the most fun to play. Share your favorite songs with others in the forum.
- Q. Can I play more than 5 songs in a row in Marathon mode?
- A. No, Marathon mode only supports up to five songs.
